Please accept my apology for sending you multiple emails tonight, as we always try to not fill your email box with too many mailings...but I should have included this very important clip on the last email and I failed to do so.

Here's the deal: Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner is actually promoting the idea that the President can arbitrarily raise the debt limit - without Congress !!! - and Geithner has actually cited the 14th amendment of the Constitution as the authority to do so.
