Class 100: Cesar Chavez Charter H.S. for Public Policy

Founded in 1998, the school has dedicated itself specifically to advance students in the study of public policy. During the fall semester of 1999, 60 students participated in the first local pilot of the EIDLP here in the District of Columbia. Students met with members of congress and pressed issues concerning safety and gun violence schools. Moreover, students also participated in leadership seminars conducted by associates from the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement, National Council of La Raza, and EIDLP.

Oh, good....Luis Gutierrez.... radically pro-amnesty, radically anti-gun... I wonder what he's teaching them? -- Faye
