This year the Nebraska Mexican-American Commission (US) in conjuction with the Dept of Education (Migrant Program), participated in the Binational Teacher's Exchange Program (BTEP). The program started in Nebraska in 1998 with the idea of bringing teachers together under one philosophy: " Education without Borders"
