JASON MOORE'S RESEARCH ON DC SCHOOL FOR MIGRANT STUDENTS

Bert Corona - Founding Father of Hermandad

HERMANDAD MEXICANA NACIONAL FOUNDED BY VIOLENT COMMUNIST "PROFESSOR"

Bert Corona is the father of Hermandad Mexicana Nacional, the Mexican nationalist organization which is embroiled in the Bob Dornan election fraud issue in Orange County. The Santa Ana building which houses HMD is named after him. He is also known for instigating violence at the Cal State Los Angeles in the early 1980's.
According to a Los Angeles Times story of May 24, 1982:

"Professors in the Chicano Studies Department at California State University, Los Angeles, have found their cars set afire, brakes cut and tires slashed during a period of bitter faculty in-fighting over jobs and tenure."
"There have been no arrests in any of those cases.
"But Los Angeles Fire Department arson investigators probing the January blaze noted in a report that "there has been much infighting between two main groups of Chicano factions....over who is promoted over whom 'Attempted termination's of faculty...have caused violent acts is the past,' the report said. 'And Cal State police therefore believe that one of these factions is most likely responsible for this incident.'
"The report did not name any suspects.
"But the faculty member leading the department's dominant faction, Bert Corona, said he is widely suspected of instigating the violence."
'There is a war going on at the university,' he said, 'Any time there's tension in the department, somebody's tires get slashed, brakes are cut, a car is set aflame or a garage is burned.'
A self-described militant, the 63-year-old Corona is an energetic man with a booming voice and a Marxist-Leninist viewpoint. "Although he lacks a college degree, Corona has taught part-time at Cal State L.A. for a decade, surviving the University's attempt to fire him for liberal grading practices."

SO HERE WE HAVE A MEXICAN COMMUNIST WHO TAUGHT AT A CALIFORNIA UNIVERSITY WITHOUT A COLLEGE EDUCATION AND WHO IS IMPLICATED IN FOMENTING VIOLENCE AGAINST ANY ATTEMPT TO REMOVE HIM FROM HIS ILL-GOTTEN POSITION.
HE IS THE HERO AND FOUNDER OF HERMANDAD MEXICANA NACIONAL.

ECISD WANTS TO USE TAXPAYER MONEY FOR THIS? WHERE DID THIS COME FROM AND WHY IS THE BOARD SUPPORTING IT?

I asked that question in my letter to ECISD. I wound up hand-carrying it to the Admin Bldg and delivering it to the school board secretary, Nelda. I got my answer back from Alma Guerrero, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. The school board was unaware of anything. Here's her answer to that one question:

"Aurora Dominguez, Migrant Director for EDISD, was made aware of the benefit that this program does for our students at a conference she attended and through the recommendation of the Federal Director for ECISD, Julia Clay. Our goal is to promote the democratic process, leadership skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills for these students. The travel to Washington, D.C., provides all attending the opportunity (to) be involved or observe how a bill is passed through the legislative process, meet with governmental representatives, visit the senate floor, visit the White House, tour the Library of Congress and other national monuments.

These students will have an opportunity to be directly involved in activities that will motivate them to see a broader vision of governmental processes. They will be motivated to stay in school through goal setting activities thus impacting the dropout rate in a positive manner."

Jason Moore is working with Ray Beaty to put this on the agenda for the 3rd week in June. I am working on getting people to commit to attend that meeting and checking into the school some more. It's real interesting. Looks like they purchased a personal finance program from FDIC which FDIC sells to anybody. Then they figured they'd have more credence if they listed FDIC as a "partner." I'm also checking out their list of supporters. I talked to a woman at ... well, crude, I can't remember right now and my husband's on the other computer where her e-mail is. Emily Spinney... crude. Oh, well. She asked me to send her the information I had and when I did, she was upset. She said this school is NOT on their sponsorship list and she's checking it out.

STAGES of ABUSE
General Goal: Maintain an organization whereby the hierarchy has absolute power and neither the teachers nor the parents can interfere, thus hiding incompetence, maintaining lucrative positions, and control over the budget.
Methods/Goals-in order of intensity (Most teachers not aware it is intentional bullying until level 8.)
Avoid hiring older experienced teachers who are thinkers./Keep a staff of young revolving door teachers so roots and opinions won't establish.
Praise conformity./Staff of Stepford teachers who won't question anything.
Give perks to a small group of teachers that form first line of defense against other teachers./Create a barrier clique between administration and teachers by rewarding a few good soldiers who will serve as positive voice pieces for the administration.
Overload with work./Create inability to complain about issues - keep too busy.
Limit assistance with difficult children or purposely load certain teacher with difficult children./Create inability to complain about issues keep too busy to speak out.
Limit support with difficult parents and create barrier between teachers and parents./Attack self-esteem so won't feel empowered and won't trust their own thinking while eliminating parent allies from forming.
Place children of high profile parents with teachers who conform./Avoid having parents form allies with strong teachers.
Write up false reports./Flex muscles so teacher will know they are being controlled and will become confused.
Create files with false and negative reports; create separate file in case contract requires teacher is to be informed, and keep documents out of teacher's view./Build a case against teacher.
Threaten- directly or through rumors or innuendo by designated staff messengers./Create wall of fear to silence teacher.
Threaten others in presence./Set example; increase fear to point where teacher will report other.
Humiliate./Keep divergent thinker as dysfunctional as possible; weaken self esteem.
Torment./Affect psychological health so easier to control and teacher will quit.
Demonstrate clear demarcations between favored and unfavored staff;lower evaluations of teachers who befriend administration's target teachers./Encourage teachers to choose party line so undesirable teachers will quit.
Let union people know they must support administration./Avoid records that can be used against administration in case there is tenure hearing.
Ostracize - divide and conquer./Create system of quislings to force unwanted teacher out.
Suggest resigning to avoid termination./Hide bullying pattern from Board, save money on hearing, frighten teacher into last chance for any reference or future teaching jobs.
Banish with leave or ordered doctor visit, especially using testimony for fee psychiatrist./Use fear of psychological report to encourage resignation.
Terminate and settle with a gag order not to talk against district./Don't pay teacher so desperate teacher will give in.
Promise good reference; destroy reputation so they will never be in a position to bad mouth former district./Secretly inform other districts so teacher won't be hired elsewhere in area or even same city.
Politically control tenure hearing; submit altered documents; arrange for colleagues to give false testimony for status; call witnesses and directly and indirectly warn them; drive teacher to despair so she will give up./Good Ol Boy Network protects each other knowing the system depends on silencing - witness tampering and altered documents won't be noticed.
Politically control tenure decision./Threaten or entice union into selling out teacher./Guaranteed absolute power so no teacher will speak out.
